THE ART OF GROWING GENTLY
There was a time when my anxiety showed up in my hair. I would stress so much about losing it that I couldn’t snap out of the loop — the overthinking, the pulling, the self-destruction that only made it worse. I was obsessed with stopping the loss. Obsessed with fixing it.
It wasn’t until I redirected that energy — from stress to structure, from obsession to intention — that everything began to shift. Instead of reacting, I committed to consistency, to ritual, to showing up for myself every day.
What started as determination to “glow up” became something deeper. It became discipline rooted in care.
Growing gently isn’t about perfection. It’s about replacing chaos with practice — and choosing self-care over self-punishment.
That’s where Serenity began.
