Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Please allow additional time during holidays or promotional periods.
Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns on unopened and unused items only within 14 days of delivery.
To begin a return, please email us at care@serenitybyjojo.com with your order number.
We’re always happy to help and will guide you through the process.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
• Check with neighbors or household members
• Check around your delivery location
• Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark early)
If it’s still missing after 24 hours, email us within 7 days and we’ll help you from there.
For best results, we recommend:
• 2–4 times per week for scalp nourishment
• Massage gently into the scalp
• Leave on for at least 1 hour (or overnight if preferred)

Yes. Serenity is formulated to support all hair types and textures.
If you have a sensitive scalp, we recommend doing a small patch test before full application.
Yes. Serenity is made with plant-based ingredients and is cruelty-free. We do not test on animals.
