SHIPPING & RETURNS


Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. From time to time, complimentary shipping promotions may be offered and will be clearly reflected during checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

 

 

Processing & Delivery Times

Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed prior to shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

After processing, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier transit times.

 


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at care@serenitybyjojo.com.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.

 


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and help make it right.

While shipping delays caused by carriers are outside of our control, we’re always here to support you.



Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Due to the nature of personal care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened or used.

To initiate a return, please contact care@serenitybyjojo.com before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or used products

• Sale or promotional items

• Gift cards

 


International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are actively working toward expanding our shipping options and will share updates as Serenity continues to grow.
